There are a number of amazing Russian language resources online and on amazon. It is much harder to find ones in English. There is of course the mother of all English math Olympiad sites:

That's for the beginners. For older kids I think its better to try to do research problems. Luckily, there is an excellent source of such problems accessible to high school children:

If you go to specific years, there are often English translations of problems and solutions.
